WRIGHTS. is led by Jack Wright, a hands-on founder with a background in lettings, property investment and service-led businesses.
After launching Libertas Lettings in 2023, what began as a focused lettings agency evolved into WRIGHTS. – a modern estate agency structured around clear advice, strong marketing and long-term thinking across South Wales.
Jack remains closely involved in valuations, strategy and business growth. If you’re discussing pricing, positioning or long-term plans for your property portfolio, it’s likely you’ll be speaking directly with him.
Outside of work, he’s usually training, travelling, or searching for the next good coffee spot.

If you’re working with WRIGHTS. on a sale or as a landlord, there’s a strong chance Nicole will be your main point of contact.
With over eight years in property and experience within a national corporate agency, where she progressed to Branch Manager, she brings structure, organisation and clear communication to every client she works with.
Nicole supports both residential sales and lettings, as well as investor portfolios, helping clients with long-term plans alongside individual transactions. She stays closely involved throughout, making sure everything feels organised, clear and on track from start to finish.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her two children, her partner and their dog.

Lettings Assistant Manager
If you call WRIGHTS., chances are you’ll speak to Nia.
She oversees much of the day-to-day lettings activity and is the main point of contact for tenants and landlords across our managed portfolio.
From coordinating move-ins to handling maintenance and ongoing tenancy matters, Nia keeps everything organised and moving in the right direction.
With a background in property and professional recruitment, she brings strong communication skills, structure and a practical mindset to a fast-paced environment. Friendly, responsive and solutions-focused, she plays a key role in keeping everything organised and on track.
Outside the office, she’s a proud cat mum to two, enjoys coastal walks, and is usually the one organising the next team catch-up.

Inventory & Inspection Specialist If you’re moving into one of our properties, chances are Ryan will be the one greeting you. He handles inventories, move-ins and six-monthly inspections, providing independent specialist support to the WRIGHTS. team.

Maintenance Specialist If something needs fixing, chances are Mike will be the one sorting it. He supports WRIGHTS. with day-to-day maintenance and repairs across our managed properties, working alongside a wider network of trusted contractors to keep things running smoothly.
