A thorough inventory is one of the most important documents in any tenancy. Our Inventory & Tenancy Transition Service covers both ends: check-in at the start, checkout at the end. Each report includes a full condition record with photographs and notes, utility and council notification & deposit negotiation. Water systems are flushed and recorded as standard at check-in.
